Consultant Profile
Thomas is the founder of Resonans and has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, specializing in strategy, management and organizational development, change processes, innovation and executive coaching. He works with both private and public organizations with extensive experience in bringing together top management teams around purpose, vision, mission and strategy and in mobilizing leaders and employees to realize their ambitions in practice.
Thomas is the author of several books and articles on strategy realization, change management and management development and has worked with clients in Scandinavia, the United States and India. He was originally involved in introducing the strengths-based approach to leadership and organisational development in Denmark and Norway through collaborations with David Cooperrider and Frank Barrett, among others. Additionally, Thomas serves as a strategic advisor to top management teams and boards in various organizations.
Thomas holds a master's degree in pedagogy and social sciences as well as an MA in educational sociology (with distinction) and has continuously pursued further education focused on approaches to mobilizing organizations to realize strategies
