Over the past 8 years, David Jul has assisted numerous organisations in realising their ambitions by focusing on their common strategic goals and what it takes to achieve them. With a background in organizational and management development, he always places the individual at the center of the process and believes that strategy is something we do — all of us.

For David, it is crucial that processes and activities make sense to those involved. If we really want to succeed, the link between what we do and what we aim to achieve must be clear, and we must dare to stop and recalibrate if the meaning disappears. Therefore, he works on connecting everyday practices, development efforts and what the organization is set for in the world by creating the necessary framework to move people and organizations towards their shared goals.

David ia a graduate of Kaos Pilot with a focus on organisational learning and innovation and also holds a BSc from Roskilde University in Cultural Geography and Performance Design. Prior to joining Resonans, he worked as an independent process consultant, specialising in action learning, process design and co-creation processes.
